As a client of Campion Curran Law, P.C., we will begin the process by reviewing your contract and then be there for you during each step of the process.
As a home buyer, you may be unaware of the various contingency dates and the significance of those dates. It is our job as your attorney to ensure that you are protected, whether it be with regard to home inspection issues, delays in obtaining your mortgage or selling your current home, if this is a condition of your purchase.
As your attorneys, we will make sure that at closing the documents you receive are accurate and that you obtain clear title to the property.
As a home seller, you are required to not only provide clear title to the property at the time of closing, but it is your responsibility to obtain and prepare all documentation necessary to close the transaction.
As your attorneys, we will advise you with regard to any home inspection or safety issues and resolve those issues to your benefit. We will also obtain all necessary reports, i.e. title, well and septic evaluations, surveys, homeowner association documents, condominium association documents, etc. It would also be our responsibility to prepare all closing documents.
